Alex Jae is a comedian, writer and producer based in Sydney, Australia.

Alex is known for her unique style and ability to surprise audiences - juxtaposing her bubbly girl-next-door appearance with a darker, hilarious edge.

After climbing the Sydney comedy ranks, Alex has written for The Betoota Advocate, Paramount Plus & Hello Social, has worked as a writer and featured cast member on Channel Ten’s Pilot Week and Saturday Night Rove, as a writer on Channel Ten’s Show Me The Movie!, has opened for international comedians such as Wil Anderson, Monty Franklin, Greg Behrendt, Gareth Reynolds & Dave Anthony (The Dollop Podcast),

Alex has been a professional producer for several years, and has produced for podcasts such as Chat 10 Looks 3, Sometimes Funny Always Awkward with Maddy MacRae, Phone Hacks, Chuffed with Tahnee Cook, All Aussie Hour, The Show Off for Pedestrian TV, The Last Video Store for Betoota Advocate, and many more.

While she’s not doing all of that stuff, Alex also co-hosts the hit podcast Screen Queens, where her and mate Bec Charlwood watch, review and gossip about everything on your screens!
